Delete your account and data

This page explains how registered Au-pairs and host families can permanently delete a Perfect-Aupair account.

Sign in on the Perfect-Aupair website or in the mobile app.
Open Profile and select Delete account and data.
Enter your current password, confirm the consequences and submit the deletion.

If you cannot access the account, send the account email address and your deletion request to our support team. We will verify your identity before processing it.

What is deleted?

The public profile, personal contact and profile details, images, listings, interests, device sessions and the content of messages sent by the account are removed or anonymised. The account can no longer be used.

What may be retained?

We do not keep a full shadow copy. Only accounting records that must be retained by law, registration/consent evidence and a minimal deletion record may remain for their applicable retention periods. The minimal deletion record contains no name, email address, IP address, profile text, message text or image.

Öffne nach der Anmeldung Profil → Konto und Daten löschen. Gib dein aktuelles Passwort ein und bestätige die endgültige Löschung. Ohne Kontozugriff schreibst du an support@it-soft.com. Profil, Kontaktangaben, Bilder, Angebote, Interessen, Gerätesitzungen und eigene Nachrichteninhalte werden entfernt oder anonymisiert. Es bleibt keine vollständige Schattenkopie.

Después de iniciar sesión, abre Perfil → Eliminar cuenta y datos. Introduce tu contraseña y confirma la eliminación definitiva. Si no puedes acceder, escribe a support@it-soft.com.

Po zalogowaniu otwórz Profil → Usuń konto i dane. Wprowadź hasło i potwierdź trwałe usunięcie. Jeśli nie masz dostępu, napisz na support@it-soft.com.

După autentificare, deschide Profil → Șterge contul și datele. Introdu parola și confirmă ștergerea definitivă. Dacă nu ai acces, scrie la support@it-soft.com.
