1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the contract was concluded (e.g. registration or booking of a paid service).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by e-mail or letter).

2. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
You will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
If you expressly requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay a proportionate amount for the service supplied up to the time of withdrawal.
3. Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply or may expire early in the case of contracts:
if Perfect-Aupair.com has fully provided the service and you expressly agreed before the service began that we may start performance and that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.
Premium memberships and upgrades are treated as digital services. The right of withdrawal expires after full performance only if you expressly agreed to early performance and acknowledged the resulting expiry.
